Tiger Game!

We had a great time at the Tiger Game, as you can see!!  The boys loved riding the ferris wheel and running the bases!  It was a hot day and we were all pretty tired, but a wonderful family outing!  Happy Father's Day, Daddy!!

Wedding Weekend

June has been a fun month for the Burch family!  June 17-19 John, Kristen, and I flew to Dallas for John's cousin's wedding.  It was so nice to see all of John's extended family and spend time with them!  Kristen experienced a few firsts that weekend...

...first time flying on an airplane.  She did great!

 

...first time holding the bottle by herself!

...first time swimming in a pool.  She loved it!

...and first time attending a wedding!  John had so much fun dancing with Kristen at the wedding.  It was so sweet to see him love on her like that!  Made my heart happy! :)

Kristen's baptism

What a beautiful day we had for Kristen's baptism!!  She was perfect in church and Pastor Mark did a great job with the ceremony.  We missed Jeff and Eve (Kristen's Godparents), but know they were praying for her.  We had a brunch after at my parents.  It was really nice.  We are so blessed!  Here are a few pictures from the day:

Ties and Smiles - Two videos :)

On Monday before T-ball, JD came up to me and said, "I want to show you something...you're never going to believe it!"  He then tied his shoes all by himself!!  I was so proud of him!!  About a month ago I showed how to do it with two bunny ears, but he didn't seem interested.  I guess he was!  He's been practicing and taught himself.  Here's a video of him tying the other shoe:

 Kristen has been so smiley and responsive lately!  She has learned to grab at objects within reach.  Her current feat is reaching and grabbing the links hanging from her play gym.  I just love her adorable smile, as seen in this video of my little K-girl! :)
