A month of family and smiles :)

What a fun month it has been, but it has gone too fast!!  Our little girl is so sweet and her brothers love her to pieces!  She's smiled a couple times here and there, but I finally caught it on camera today!!  We're in love!!!

Over the past month we've enjoyed our time together (John took off 6 weeks, too) and have shared lots of time together as a family of  FIVE!  We especially enjoyed our family excursion to Greenfield Village.  The boys had a great time!  They loved seeing the old houses and cars, the new baby lamb, and the different "treasures" they got to bring home.  But the highlight was probably riding on the carousel!  They loved it!!

We had a wonderful Easter, too!  We went to my parents church in the morning and then to brunch and John's parents house in the afternoon.  I had fun coordinating the kids outfits.  I think this might be the last year I'll be able to match the boys exactly, but that's ok.  They do look pretty cute, though!!

We had fun taking pictures of Kristen and Lucy, her cousin, who is about 2 months older then Kristen.  I can't wait for them to be able to play and respond to each other.  It's going to be so cute!
Kristen has been such a joy and we are so blessed that God gave her to us!!  What a fun month it has been!! :)

Life as we know it!

Life with three is definitely crazy...and exhausting...and delightful!  We're settling into being parents to three munchkins and loving every minute!  Kristen is such a joy and I am soaking up every minute with her.  Some things I love...her sweet new baby smell, when she "kisses" my face (not because she's really kissing me, but because she's hungry!), the way the boys love on her, watching John hold his little girl, dressing her in pink, and cuddling with her tiny self.  She is so precious and I am so blessed to be a mom to not only two excited little boys, but to one tiny little girl who has her whole life ahead of her.  God is so good and I am so lucky.

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.  ~James 1:17
